Pricing: Prices are displayed excluding consumption tax. Applicable taxes will be added separately.

Additional Charges: Shipping fees are included in the product price. However, additional shipping fees will apply for international deliveries.

Payment Methods and Timing: We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or bank transfer. For bank transfers, please complete the payment within 3 business days after placing your order. Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Time: As all products are made-to-order, delivery usually takes between 2 weeks to 1.5 months after order confirmation, depending on the item. Products will be shipped sequentially as they are completed. Please understand in advance.

Delivery Method: Products are shipped via Yamato Transport.

Returns and Cancellations: Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for customer convenience are not accepted. However, if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will respond promptly.

Special Conditions: If the Kintsugi design area is damaged, free repairs will be provided within 10 days of delivery. For damages caused by customer handling, shipping costs for repairs will be borne by the customer. For details, please contact us via the inquiry form.
