Pricing: Prices are displayed excluding consumption tax. Applicable taxes will be added separately.

Additional Charges: Shipping fees are included in the product price. However, additional shipping fees will apply for international deliveries.

Payment Methods and Timing: We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or bank transfer. For bank transfers, please complete the payment within 3 business days after placing your order. Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Time: As all products are made-to-order, delivery usually takes between 2 weeks to 1.5 months after order confirmation, depending on the item. Products will be shipped sequentially as they are completed. Please understand in advance.

Delivery Method: Products are shipped via Yamato Transport.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations: As our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference.
If there is an initial defect, damage during delivery, or an incorrect shipment, please contact us at info@toct.jp within 7 days of receiving your order. If the issue is attributable to TOCT, TOCT will cover the shipping costs associated with the return or exchange.
Cancellations are also generally not accepted once production has begun. For cancellations requested before production begins, please contact us directly.
